As the entry to professional levels in diver training, the PADI Dive master course plays a vital role within the system of diver education. Obviously, these entry-level professionals can strongly influence the safety and fun divers enjoy during training and diving. At the same time, many PADI Dive masters are looking ahead, gaining professional experience that they will apply PADI Assistant Instructors and Open Water Scuba Instructors. PADI Dive master course is running within 8 to 10 day programs, including practical applications.
Prerequisite:
- Be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver or have an equivalent rating.
- Be certified as a PADI Rescue Diver or have an equivalent rating.
- Proof of 60 dives is a certification requirement.
- Be at least 18 years old at the start of PADI Dive master training.
- Submit, to the Instructor, medical clearance for diving signed by a physician.
